Baby Fever

I'm pretty sure I've had baby fever since the day I was born.  I've always dreamed of having a huge family (13 children to be exact...yes you read that right).  Recently a lot of my friends have had their first child and it just gets me even more excited.

On Sunday Alaa and I went to a few thrift stores.  I spotted a sweet little carousel horse and dreamed of putting it in a baby's room one day.  I put it back and walked off in search of something glittery...(because that's how I do things around here)

A few minutes later I ran back and picked up the horse.  I couldn't help myself!  I can't wait for the day I can put it in our future child's nursery :)

Sure he's got a little gangrene going on...but nothing I can't fix!

And I should probably tell you that I have a folder for "future nurseries".  Told you I've got baby fever...and it's bad.

I'd love the neutral palette.  So classic and serene.
:)

and incase you're wondering....{NO...I am not pregnant!}

  2. aw baby fever. My sisters and I were talking about that yesterday. Yes, I calcuate points like weight watchers. That's how I started losing weight last year, but have since stopped and now do a hybrid of tracking pts/ calories/ foodgroups.

  19. I bought one a few months back also at a thrift store. I couldn't pass on the price. I bought it just in case someday I have a little girl, but right now it is sitting in my little boy's room. And 2 kids for me is great unless I had a full-time Nanny living with us.
