Walkin in Memphis

What do you get when you're walking in Memphis on an ordinary Saturday?

you get 21 points in the last 6 minutes leading to your alumni winning a great basketball game.

you get to say: I'm an alumni ( you don't know how weird it is saying that.  alumni. ooh).

 you get long walks where you stumble upon pretty restaurants.

you get cold.

you get blisters from shoes that you've worn all week that have yet to be broken in

 you get mushroom and goat cheese risotto ( one word- mmmmmmm).

you get chocolate chip peanut butter cookies (heaven i tell you.  heaven).

 you get curly hair (not a pretty sight)

but most of all you get a gloriously relaxing day with your best friend.  and the only way to top it off is to spend your saturday night by bringing on the popcorn, pistachios, and tea and pop in a movie.
