Friday Fancies : Memorial Day

I usually shy away from cheeky color combinations, but this skirt + shirt were a match made in heaven.  Like they say, you either go all in or all out, right?  Outfits like this make me so happy to be a girl..all I want to do is prance and skip around all day.  

Then again, I'll take any reason to prance and skip around...
