Every year the city plants rows upon rows of sunflowers along two busy roads. It's always a breathtaking view and such a refreshing change of scenery. It's fun to people watch while they take their soon-to-be profile pictures, engagement photos, and who knows maybe a blog photo or two. Can you imagine a morning run or walk along these beauties? By golly, I might be so crazy as to try it!
Okay, who am I kidding. I probably won't. But I like to set my standards high regardless.
And with that I'm back to bed (I'm writing this at 3 in the afternoon, yesterdays time). Last night I had my first 12 hour night shift and somehow I managed to survive. I have another shift again tonight, so with that I'm off to bed again. Here's to hoping I don't look like a zombie come next week.
maybe when you have night shifts, you should put a sunflower on your desk to be your imaginary sun lol
ReplyDeleteOk that was cheesey....
But seriously I'm obsessed with these pics! LOVE love love! and I think I need to buy myself a little pair of booties.

ReplyDeleteYou are so stunningly beautiful! I love sunflowers. Love that your skirt matches them. Gorg!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a gorgeous spot - you match the flowers perfectly :) I was so upset - there was a huge sunflower field in downtown Phoenix in a construction site. They mowed all of them down!!! I could have killed them. Flowers make me so happy. thanks for sharing your photos :)
