Friday Fancies : St. Patrick's Day

top: Marshalls | dress (worn as skirt) : Wish, local boutique | shoes: Nine West | baubles : F21

While I'm not one to celebrate St. Patty's day, I did re-discover this green dress while purging my closet. Since I've only worn it once, ( to graduation)I thought it was fitting to try to re-create a different look with it.  I'm not a huge fan of this particular shade of green, so I wanted to tame the color by balancing it out with something else.  And as with all wardrobe dilemmas, the solution was simple....

 Add leopard print to it.

So that's exactly what I did.

And I'm really enjoying this whole pattern play thing...it's a fun challenge.

  21. I LOVE that your outfits aren't totally overwhelming with green! I love St. Patrick's Day, but I hate being all green - I guess it's just not my color! The little pop of green is such a great accessory with that shirt - LOVE it!

Hope your celebrating day was/is fabulous!!
